Terms of Service
WeddingClips provides its service to you subject to
the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from
time to time without notice to you. Please check this section
regularly for updates.
The photographer will take enough pictures to make the
number of prints stated in the package.
Images are returned digitally on DVD-ROM discs in either
colour and/or black and white. Please specify preference.
Number of hours in a package refers to total number of
hours of service in one day.
Additional charges will apply for extra hours of service,
service during the midnight shift, service at additional locations,
package spread over 2 days or more and off-island
locations. If transport between
different locations on the day of event (e.g. follow couple from
house to hotel) is not provided, the fee can be claimed by the
photographer/videographer .
Prints are given in EITHER glossy OR
matt finishing. Please specify preference before
the actual wedding day.
Specially-designed CD box sleeves and CD labels are complimentary
and are provided as-is, i.e. the design is final.
All products
and services indicated as gratis additions to a package are given
as-is, i.e. the design and scope of service are final and not customisable.
Limitation of Liability
WeddingClips' liability is only limited to the amount paid
by the couple.
Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit
of at least 50% of total service cost is made.
All designs, video and multimedia productions are
mastered with our professional judgement and are final. Request for amendments
will be charged accordingly.
NOTE All images
are captured digitally and will be returned to
the couple on a DVD-ROM discs. WeddingClips provide
a 1-month warranty that the discs will be in
good order. With due care, DVD-ROMs will last
very long, however, it is advisable that you
make copies of it to ensure that data will
not be lost through everyday wear and tear. Faulty
DVDs will be exchanged on a one-to-one basis
within our 1-month warranty.
